Why are we doing this giveaway? Well, I'm glad you asked.
Back in January I decided to join The Influence Network and in the past few months it has blessed my socks off. Interacting with the amazing women who are a part of this network has enriched my online life beyond what I could have imagined.
For me the biggest blessing has come through making genuine connections with amazing God-loving women in the online classes and the forums.
The classes have been such a great way for me to grow both in my personal walk with God and my online endeavors. I've learned so much from the amazing teachers and have also been blessed by the interaction that happens on Twitter during and after class.
What caught me most by surprise were the forums. I'm usually not one for chatting on forums, but the discussions have been so real, raw and enriching. Women are asking honest questions and giving honest answers, and through it true community is happening.
Before joining The Influence Network I often felt very alone in the online world. So much of what I was doing felt self-focused and isolating. However, by connecting through the network God has changed my focus. I've realized the value of building community, focusing on others, and seeking to be an encouragement rather than constantly looking for acceptance and validation. It's easy to use our blogs, shops and social media outlets purely for personal gain, but by being a part of something like The Influence Network, I've been challenged to be more selfless, and as a result have felt more connected than ever before.
The reason for this giveaway? We want you to experience the blessing of being a part of this amazing community. I know through many conversations on Twitter and Facebook that there are women out there who want to be a part of The Influence Network but can't afford to be. So I thought, why not give away a membership? I put out a request on the forum and so many women wanted you to have the chance to be apart of this that we are able to giveaway TWO Lifetime Memberships to The Influence Network!

Heather is a Canadian Christian speaker, author and blogger. She began her speaking ministry with the Beautiful Unique Girl tour (’05-’07) and has since spoken to thousands of youth, young adults and women across Canada and Australia. She loves to speak the truth of God's word with humor and creativity, making it applicable to everyday life. Her first book "Dream Big" was published in March 2012, and she continues to share her passion for Jesus through writing her blog, Dreaming Big. When Heather is not writing or speaking, she is busy being a wife to an amazing husband Alex and playing with her two beautiful children, Cohen and Claire.
